We Listen, Act, and Empower
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and certified clinical supervisor (CCS) in New Jersey with 23 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with grief and loss, emergency psychiatric issues, addictions, gender, sexuality and lgbt-related issues, intimacy and relationship related struggles, eating disorders and related symptoms/behaviors, and ADHD and Spectrum disorders in both adults and children as well as overall struggles related to day to day stressors. I work with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. . I also specialize in treating couples, adolescents, Veterans, and First Responders, as well as those seeking therapy grounded in faith and/or religious ideals. My role as a clinician is to guide and empower clients to identify clear goals and expectations for their time in therapy and then develop a plan together to reach these goals while practicing self acceptance, self love, and self validation. It is important to recognize that it takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
